This short film is a journey of unexpected discoveries! I spent months trying to bag that one perfect waterfowl shot (did I get it? You'll have to see!) and even gained a surprising new appreciation for some loud, often-ignored geese. 🦢
The real fun began with the Spring birds. I met an extremely skittish species of duck and then discovered a brand new bird I thought was just a common grackle! Plus, the acrobatic Tree Swallows show up in massive numbers just to mess with my camera's focus. 🤣

Okay, you might need to set your alarms a little earlier because THIS is how you start a day! ☕☀️ I woke up to not one, but TWO massive bucks casually grazing in my backyard. 🦌🦌 No joke, these guys were the size of horses! (Okay, maybe a a little exaggeration, but they were’t from around here!)
But the wildlife show didn't stop there. Next up, a beaver decided to make an introduction, waddling around like it owned the place. 🦫 And if that wasn't enough, a group of buffelheads came in for a splash.
That’s not all, the grand finale was a total surprise... Let's just say it involved a close encounter that had me nervous to move!
